Marcus Barber's proposed currency

I have blanked the description of Marcus Barber's proposal that water be used as a basis for an international currency. Although he published his paper about this some years ago, no-one has adopted the idea and, since his graduation from Swinburne University of Technology, the paper is no longer published on their web-site. --Theo (Talk) 21:53, 19 Apr 2005 (UTC)
