On Wednesday, January 31, 2001, TimShell got his hair cut. He also lifted weights for 15 minutes at /FitnessWest. As is generally the case, he could not sleep after lifting weights (he is no longer baffled by this apparent paradox). And so he stayed up late into the night doing all manner of wiki-related things. Additionally on this day, TimShell broiled two turkey breast filets; he anticipated having turkey for breakfast and lunch the following day. TimShell's stock were down 1.8% on the vigorous selloff the followed the Fed's bullish lowering of interest rates by 50 basis points. TimShell is considering buying into this weakness, and has his eyes on Intel and Cisco, and the S&P 500 Index (SPY).
