Odd details in "Overview"

While I accept their accuracy, I'm not sure what the relevance of the following statements is:

• The anecdote about Estepa, which is located not with other historical information but seemingly randomly
• The comment about the Baroque churches (probably adequately covered in Seville, as specific to city)
