Regarding QV opening progressively from early 2004. I think I recall it opening in late 2003. I live close to the complex, and am almost sure that Safeway opened late last year. Cnwb 00:11, 21 Dec 2004 (UTC)

I found a receipt (used as a bookmark) from the QV outlet of fried chicken franchise Oporto, dated November 2003. The complex was therefore opened in late 2003, not early 2004. Cnwb 02:28, 11 Feb 2005 (UTC)
