An article on Roger Delk was listed as a copyvio, another article on Delk which should be speedied is a disambiguation page to the Roger Delk article and this article...which also mentions Roger Delk. Delete. However, Roger Delk may be marginally significant since he was elected to the House of Burgesses. A link to the Delk News Quartlerly [[1]] would then be a suitable external link for that article.
