This article is tremendously POV. Beyond that, it's written like an essay and is not in encyclopedic form. I think the entry Religion does a much more creditable job. Redirect to Religion or just delete altogether. Katefan0 17:27, Dec 15, 2004 (UTC)

• Abstain for the moment important subject that is not just a philosophical question but also has practical implications e.g. for the question whether to apply tax exempt status to scientology but all of the versions in the history are too essay like. I would welcome a well written article on this subject, which is very well possible given the fact that several religious scholars have written about this subject. Andries 14:56, 16 Dec 2004 (UTC)
