Parameters:
- number on map and in alphabetic list
- number of municipality for basic data page (see the list in Template:Province South Holland p)
- MapQuest search term (usually "city=town name" with + for every space)
- two-letter code for Flags of the World (the code between zh and html in the URL, see [1] on the status bar when pointing at a municipality, or in the source code)
