Can EMI's attempt to protect their copyright really be described as 'censorship'? Morwen 16:45, Feb 24, 2004 (UTC)
Very simply, this page is not NPOV. Optim 16:48, 24 Feb 2004 (UTC)
I disagree on the NPOV, as the controversy is explained, albeit in a nutshell on the The Grey Album page.
The usage of the word censorship is correct: the Merriam-Webster definition is 'to examine in order to suppress or delete anything considered objectionable' - exactly what EMI is doing here. Blackcarr 17:23, 24 Feb 2004 (UTC)
- EMI would claim they are not censoring, merely protecting their rights. Wikipedia does not take sides. I've changed the phrasing accordingly. Morwen 18:10, Feb 24, 2004 (UTC)
I did some NPOVing of the article, hopefully it's ready to remove the disputed neutrality message. --Lexor|Talk 16:03, 4 Mar 2004 (UTC)
